Dr James Pearson

Dr James Pearson moved to the Gold Coast in 2011 from New Zealand to undertake his medical training. He has since worked in various locations around Australia, spending time in Indigenous communities in Rural New South Wales and Far North Queensland. Dr Pearson settled on the Sunshine Coast in 2018 to complete his specialist GP training.
Dr Pearson completed majority of his hospital training within surgical specialties. He has a strong interest in skin cancer checks and minor procedures, including biopsies and excisions. Dr Pearson focuses on staying up-to-date with skin cancer management as well as a pleasing cosmetic outcome for the patient.
